Meeting to Launch North American Cowbird Advisory Council

The Council first met August 30-31, 1999 at the National Center for Ecological Analysis and Synthesis at the University of California, Santa Barbara, CA. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, NV is providing support for Council meetings to facilitate the prompt and effective dissemination of science-based information on cowbird management. Results and products of this meeting, and possibly a second meeting, will be posted on this web site sometime in 2000.
